Brad James, executive director

Brad joins McMinnville Downtown Association after a decade of work with nonprofit organizations in the Portland area. Most recently, Brad worked with Portland's diverse commercial districts to support small businesses, strengthen the economy, and advocate for critical policies during a time of rapid change.

Additionally, Brad has served on the Board of Directors for Downtown Oregon City Association (a 2018 Great American Main Street Award winner) since 2014.

Brad is excited to now live a short walk from beautiful downtown McMinnville and throw his energy into helping strengthen the already incredible downtown community.

jamie corff, events & promotions Manager

Jamie began working for the MDA in April 2017.  She loves working to shape and execute downtown events, such as the McMinnville Downtown Farmers Market, the UFO Festival and Concerts on the Plaza.  Her favorite part of her job is being a part of the downtown community, and nurturing the friendships and partnerships that make Downtown McMinnville so special.

Jamie moved to McMinnville in 2009 from Wyoming, where she was born and raised, but considers herself a true Oregonian at heart.  She spends much of her free time with her family, and her hobbies include gardening, writing poetry and songs, and sharing good meals with friends.  She also enjoys volunteering around town, including working with Zero Waste McMinnville, and Gallery Theater, among many other projects.  If Jamie looks familiar, you may have seen her onstage at Gallery Theater or playing music with her local duo, Luminous Heart.

Renee crank, farmers market manager

Renee Crank has a bachelor's degree in Psychology that she has used for the last decade in her work with at risk children and families.  Renee sees the market as a continuation of her work with families.  She has added a weekly kid's program in hopes of drawing children into the market to learn about the importance of healthy eating and how food gets from farm to table. She is also working on making the market more accessible to the Spanish speaking segment of McMinnville's residents. Renee would like to continue to grow the market and make it a hub for community events in the future.
