Barre is a fitness style class built on fundamentals from ballet, pilates,
and yoga.  it is a dynamic practice that will increase your strength,
muscle tone, and balance.

This workshop will help build a strong foundation and base knowledge of
poses and exercises that appear in barre classes. students will learn
modifications to adjust every pose to meet their individual needs. from
leg work to weights to core focus and floor work, all components of a
typical barre class will all be covered.  Tayler will break down proper
alignment, introduce modifications for personal needs, and teach the
vocabulary that is specific to barre.

Gain confidence, strength, and have fun learning barre with Tayler!
students will leave this workshop feeling alive and excited to jump into
4elements' expanded barre offerings with tools to support wellness goals.
